Thanks to systematic and continuous investments in Technology and Training we have managed to achieve:
      -  reduced times for the realization of batches
      -  constant quality on each piece
      -  shortening of the Working Cycles and a consequent reduction of the “flow times”

We are competitive with batches starting from 100 pieces, up to thousands and tens of thousands, on diameters ranging from 2mm up to 75mm from the bar, ensuring perfect batch traceability thanks to our Management and our well consolidated Quality System (first ISO Certification year 2003).

For the production process, there is a Planning protocol followed by a frequent monitoring in order to ensure the quality of the product, together with a constant check of the production cycles’ progress of a single batch and of the entire Production Order related to it; this modus operandi allows for compliance with the scheduled delivery times with reduced margins of error. 

Thanks to the collaboration with suppliers in partnership, who are ISO certified and local, we are able to meet all customers’ needs regarding not lathed Parts and commercial Components, which are related to other types of production, for example:
      -  Metal parts obtained by Laser Cutting
      -  Bendings
      -  Weldings
      -  Milling
      -  Toothings
      -  Deep drillings
      -  etc...,

      -  Thermal and Surface Treatments
      -  Polishing
      -  Stamping and Laser Engravings

which are then assembled to Articles produced in-house, resulting in the overall product, completed and tested in all its parts.

For Scheduled and KAN-BAN Orders, we offer a wide availability of production solutions and we can guarantee them up until a few months after the delivery of the first expiring batch, which must all obviously be planned and agreed with the Customer’s Purchasing Department.

Numerical control lathes with 10 axes sliding headstock With automatic CNC loaders, with a 3 to 32 mm diameter bar passage Turnings/Millings. For bar machining, possibility to work with 4 processes simultaneously equipped with high-pressure drilling, milling and thread radial polygon cutting specific for complex machining.
Numerical control lathes with 5/6 axes sliding headstock With automatic CNC loaders, with a 3 to 26 mm diameter bar passage Turnings/Millings. For bar machining, possibility to work with 2 processes simultaneously.
Numerical control lathe with 5 axes sliding and fixed headstock With automatic CNC loader, with a 3 to 20 mm diameter bar passage Turnings/Millings. Possibility of operating both with sliding and fixed headstock, with 2 processes simultaneously.
Numeric control Turning Centers with 5 and 6 axes fixed headstock Equipped with twin spindle (no.2 spindles) and no.2 powered turrets plus Y axis, with automatic CNC loaders, bar passage up to 70 mm diameter. For bar machining, turning and milling, possibility of working with two processes simultaneously.
Numeric control lathes with fixed 3/4 axes headstock Equipped with twin spindle (no.2 spindles) powered turrets plus Y axis, with loaders of bar passage up to 70 mm diameter. For bar machining, turning and milling.
Automatic numeric control Lathe with 7 axes With 3 to 26 mm diameter bar passage.
Cam lathes With automatic loaders, 3 to 26 mm diameter bar passage, for medium/long series (low tech manufacturing).

Reversible 3 and 5-headed hydraulic machine transfer tools They carry out drilling, threading and milling for medium and long series (for those operations that are impossible to be carried out from the bar; see printed, casting material, etc.).
